Ivanti was created in 2017 from the merger of LANDESK and HEAT Software. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Ivanti also has 23 regional offices worldwide. Its annual revenue exceeds $500 million, with more than 3,000 employees.
Soon after the LANDESK/HEAT merger in 2017, Ivanti managed to strengthen its market position by acquiring Concorde Solutions and RES Software. The subsequent series of acquisitions ended most recently with the purchase of MobileIron and Pulse Secure in 2020, and Cherwell in 2021.
Among these, Pulse Secure should be highlighted, as its solutions are also represented by RelNet [https://relnet.hu/gyartoink/?manufacturer_id=4] in Hungary. Pulse Secure is recognized as a pioneer in zero trust access solutions for hybrid IT environments. Its market leading products help millions of end users in secure remote access and productivity. Secure and efficient access to applications, mobile devices, and cloud environments increases network visibility and policy compliance within an organization.
The cybersecurity sector has so far rewarded Ivanti’s solutions with many awards. The most recent and most outstanding among them:
- 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant – ITSM Tools – Leader
- 2020 Cyber Defense Magazine – InfoSec Awards – Most Innovative Patch and Configuration Management solution
- 2021 CRN Magazine – Partner Program Guide - Winner
Ivanti groups its more than 60 standalone solutions into five main categories: Neurons, Enterprise Service Management, Unified Endpoint Management, Security, and Supply Chain Management.
Unified Endpoint Management automates, manages, and secures all endpoints on the network. It balances the company's security requirements with its employees' user experience, thereby improving business performance. Ivanti's rule-based UEM solution promises conditions where the SecOps team can have peace of mind, together with enhanced and undisturbed employee performance.
Ivanti acquired MobileIron in 2020, adding a mobile-focused, zero-trust UEM solution to its existing core endpoint management product offering. MobileIron's security platform is a multi-award winning, market-leading mobile device UEM solution for hybrid networks with built-in zero-trust technology that includes zero sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and Mobile Threat Defense (MTD) services on iOS and Android devices.

Enterprise Service Management enables IT teams to resolve detected issues even before they are reported by the end users. Ivanti's integrated IT service and IT asset management product also reduces planned and unplanned outages and helps the effective implementation of changes in an infrastructure.
Ivanti's most recent product group, Neurons, is a machine-learning based hyperautomation platform that allows devices to proactively, predictively, and autonomously self-heal and self-secure, and self-service without adversely affecting user productivity or business efficiency.
The Neurons platform further enables the management of all Ivanti's solutions, unifying an organization's cybersecurity ecosystem – physical or virtual infrastructures, devices, and controls.
The Endpoint Security product group complements Ivanti's main products with multilayered endpoint security solutions. These include various patch management services (for endpoints, applications, and operating systems), as well as control solutions for applications and mobile devices.
Ivanti (then LANDESK) acquired Wavelink in 2012, which excels in supply chain solutions, and since then has been selling its own complete set of logistics and mobility management products using a "powered by Wavelink" motto, with Avalanche at the center of the offering, which is capable of managing up to 100,000 devices.
