The event was an opportunity for our partners, IT security professionals, to learn about the benefits of SolarWinds' Observability strategy. SolarWinds' solutions focus on monitoring services that go beyond simple monitoring capabilities to provide full network visibility. Observability as a product strategy aims to add value by providing SolarWinds customers with new functionality to support their digital transformation.

Presentations were given by Sascha Giese, Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager at SolarWinds and Christian Ohsam, Channel Manager CEUR. On behalf of RelNet, the event was moderated by József Fekete, Director of Operations.

The first part focused on a general introduction and capabilities of the SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability, followed by product bundles and pricing, and even included a quick online demo. In the second half of the event, SolarWinds experts gave sales advice to partners and also reported on how SolarWinds intends to develop its partner program to enable more useful and efficient sales for its resellers.

During and after the presentations, the participants asked questions and discussed ideas with each other, a sign that not only the venue, but also the choice of topics was a perfect match. The event was concluded with a panel discussion before a lunch, where participants were able to get all their questions answered about SolarWinds' Observability product strategy.
